My name is Alansha P S, and this website is more than just a portfolio—it’s a reflection of who I am, what I create, and where I’m heading. I’ve decided to make my name my identity, my keyword, and my brand, because everything I do connects back to it.

Who I Am

I’m currently a final-year BBA student at MES College Erattupetta. While I study business, I’ve always believed that learning shouldn’t stay inside textbooks. For me, it’s about understanding people, creativity, and real-world experiences.

My academic project focuses on organizational culture and employee retention in IT companies, which shows my interest in how people and workplaces function together.

What I Do

I’m not just one thing—and I don’t want to be.

I’ve worked in different roles like:

• Biometrics operator for national-level exams like NEET and JEE
• Frisking guard in professional environments
• Junior artist in the film industry

Each experience taught me something new, but the film field especially shaped my creative side.

What I Love Creating

Creativity is where I feel most like myself.

I spend my time working on:

• Editing and poster designing

I enjoy the full process—from an idea in my mind to the final output on screen. For me, creating isn’t just a skill—it’s how I express myself.
